1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlj4 ("jlj4," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlj4 online gaming platform accessible at jlj4.org (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the jlj4 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the jlj4 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jlj4 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR licensing conditions applicable in the Philippines. Players below 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering on jlj4.
• You must be a natural person. Registrations by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close relative of jlj4 or any of its affiliated gaming providers, payment processors, or software suppliers, unless explicitly authorized in writing by jlj4 management.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through jlj4 or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jlj4. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number (09xx format), date of birth, and any other information required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any material change to your registered details — including change of mobile number or identity — must be reported to jlj4 support promptly.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlj4 account credentials, including your username and password. jlj4 will never ask you to disclose your password via chat, email, or any other channel.

You agree to notify jlj4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jlj4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials or has shared their login details with a third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jlj4 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and any applicable limits.

jlj4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

jlj4 does not charge fees on standard GCash or Maya withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges. Processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating conditions, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Winnings generated using bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is confirmed. Refer to the active bonus terms at the time of the offer for specific conditions.

6 Bonus Terms

jlj4 offers bonuses and promotions at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), expiry period, and maximum withdrawal limit will be stated in the relevant bonus offer at the time of issue.

jlj4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated wagering, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed for suspension.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jlj4 — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, color prediction, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before wagering.

jlj4 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during play, jlj4 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round. Bets placed in error by the player due to their own technical issues — such as poor mobile data connection — are not eligible for refund.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj4 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through jlj4 accounts
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jlj4 Platform

9 Responsible Gaming

jlj4 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. The Platform enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players without exception.

All registered jlj4 accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings
• Session Timers: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with no reinstatement period. Contact jlj4 support at any time to initiate self-exclusion.

jlj4 urges any player who believes their gambling has become problematic to make use of these tools immediately and to seek professional support. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering losses.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jlj4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

Upon termination of a verified account in good standing with no outstanding compliance issues, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj4 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the property of jlj4 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without jlj4's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlj4's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

jlj4 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or winnings resulting from technical errors beyond jlj4's reasonable control; or losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits jlj4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

13 Privacy

jlj4's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the jlj4 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under its regulatory mandate.

15 Amendments

jlj4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material amendments are made, jlj4 will endeavour to notify registered players via the registered mobile number or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the jlj4 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any outstanding balance.
